• At 4:51 p.m., a one-year-old child was removed from a residence on Scarberry Drive due to an unsafe environment. A 26-year-old woman was arrested on several outstanding warrants.

• A man reported someone made a fraudulent purchase using his checking account.

• A 27-year-old man was cited for failure to yield from a yield sign following a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at the roundabout at Cemetery Road and Main Street.

• A man reported the theft of $875 in scaffolding equipment from a Municipal Way address.

• A 49-year-old man was cited for driving in marked lanes following a two-vehicle, non-injury accident on Cemetery Road and Trueman Boulevard.

• A gas range and a refrigerator belonging to T&R Properties were stolen on Crystal Ball Drive. Loss was $650.

• Someone stole 70 metal pallet racks from Rage Corporation, 3949 Lyman Drive. Total loss was $700.

• At 11 p.m., Ohio State Medical Association reported $250 in spray painting damage to its building at 3401 Mill Run Drive.

• At 12:41 a.m., Home Depot, 4101 Trueman Blvd., was cited for excessive false alarms.

• At 2:22 a.m. at the Tim Hortons on 3850 Lyman Drive, a 44-year-old man was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated.

• At 5:08 a.m., a vehicle struck a student at Memorial Middle School, 5600 Scioto Darby Road. One injury was claimed. The collision occurred on private property.

• At 7:55 a.m., a woman’s vehicle struck a deer at Alton Darby and Walker roads.

• A 64-year-old man was cited for excessive false alarms at his Stonecroft Court residence.

• A 44-year-old woman was cited for failure to yield at an intersection following a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at Cemetery Road and Main Street.

• A driver’s vehicle registration sticker was stolen, but later recovered in Gahanna.

• A 39-year-old man was cited for assured clear distance following a two-vehicle accident on I-270 South, Exit 13. One injury was claimed.

• A 33-year-old woman was cited at I-270 North for driving under suspension/restriction.

• A 30-year-old woman was cited at I-270 North for improper display of license plates and driving under suspension/restriction.

• A 19-year-old man was cited for passing without safety following a two-vehicle, non-injury accident at 3300 Braidwood Drive in Norwich Township.

• At 11:42 p.m., a 39-year-old man was arrested at Dublin Road for operating a vehicle while intoxicated after being stopped for a traffic violation. He was taken to Franklin County Jail.

• At 7:15 a.m., a 16-year-old girl was assaulted by someone she knows at Darby High School, 4200 Leppert Road.

• A woman reported a broken window at her Crystal Lake Drive residence, possibly by a BB gun. Damage was $200.

• A 32-year-old man was cited for speeding on I-270 South.

• A 31-year-old woman was cited at Brixston Drive and Davidson Road for driving under suspension/restriction.

• A 17-year-old girl was cited at Britton Parkway and Davidson Road for speeding.

• A 30-year-old woman was cited at Cosgray Road and Woodsview Way for speeding.

• A 42-year-old man was cited at I-270 South for not having the rear license plate lighted and driving without insurance.

• At 9:44 p.m., a 25-year-old man was cited at I-270 South for unlicensed operation and driving under suspension/restriction.

• At 10:06 p.m., a 35-year-old man was cited at Davidson Road and Trueman Boulevard for disobeying traffic control devices and driving under suspension/restriction.

• At 11 p.m., Master Blaster Power Washing, 4860 Cemetery Road, reported someone stole a floor safe. Loss was $45.

Nov. 3

• At 12:24 a.m., an 18-year-old woman was arrested at Britton Parkway and Cemetery Road for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. She was released on a court summons.

• At 2:16 a.m., a 22-year-old man was cited at Anson Drive and Britton Parkway for speeding.

• At 7:45 a.m., a 15-year-old girl was arrested for assaulting a 14-year-old girl at Darby High School. In an unrelated incident, an iPod and its case were stolen from another 15-year-old girl at the school. Loss was $247.

• Someone tampered with the battery of a vehicle belonging to Bruner Corporation, 3637 Lacon Road.

• At noon, a woman reported her 8-year-old son was assaulted at Alton Darby Elementary by people he knows.

• Someone entered a Birchwood Drive address and stole two televisions valued at $1,600.

• At 2 p.m., a 16-year-old boy was arrested at Davidson High School for possession of narcotics and possession of a weapon in a school zone. Charges will be filed through juvenile court.

• At 8:30 p.m., a man reported people he knows attempted to keep him from leaving his Valleycrest Drive residence.

• Someone stole 210 gallons of fuel at the 4900 block of Scioto Darby Road. Loss was $630.

• A 57-year-old man was cited for assured clear distance following a two-vehicle non-injury accident at 4800 Davidson Road.

• At 10:12 p.m., a 49-year-old woman was arrested for operating a vehicle while intoxicated following a two-vehicle traffic accident at Britton Parkway and Hayden Run Road. She was released on a court summons. Three injuries were claimed.

• At 11:22 p.m., a 21-year-old man was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia after being stopped for traffic violations at Avery Road and Taylor-Lane Avenue. He was released on a court summons.

• At 1:35 a.m., a 21-year-old man was arrested for possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia after being stopped for a traffic violation at Cemetery and Scioto Darby roads. He was released on a court summons.

• A woman reported that someone broke a window on her vehicle on Smiley Road and stole several CDs valued at $60. Damage to the window was $200.

• A 44-year-old man was cited at Interlachen Drive and Main Street for driving under suspension/restriction.

• A 27-year-old woman was cited at Mill Run and Spring Mill drives for not obeying traffic control devices.

• A 36-year-old man was cited at Cemetery and Lacon roads for not wearing a seat belt and driving under suspension/restriction.

• Someone fraudulently obtained two cell phones from Tower Wireless, 3933 Trueman Boulevard. Loss was $1,345.02.

• A woman on Oracle Lane reported that someone she knows stole a Wii gaming console valued at $1,000.

• Three thefts were reported in the afternoon/evening on Polley Road in Norwich Township. Someone broke a window and stole a Garmin GPS unit valued at $150 from a vehicle; a GPS unit, coins and prescription sunglasses, totaling $460 in value, were stolen from an unlocked vehicle; two nail guns, a necklace and sunglasses, totaling $1,025, were stolen from another vehicle.

• A 46-year-old man was cited at Britton Parkway and Reynolds Drive for driving under suspension/restriction.

• A 30-year-old woman was cited for failure to yield and no driver's license following a two-vehicle non-injury accident at Britton Parkway and Reynolds Drive.

• At 7:25 p.m., a 35-year-old woman was arrested at the 3500 block of Main Street for assaulting a man.

• A 55-year-old man was cited at Mill Run and Spring Mill drives for not wearing a seat belt.

• A 35-year-old man was cited at Mill Run and Spring Mill drives for not obeying traffic control devices and failing to signal before changing course.

• A man reported that someone entered his open garage on Fishinger Road and removed a snow blower valued at $500.66.

• At 11:45 p.m., someone broke an aluminum fence at Otie's Tavern and Grill, 5344 Center St., causing $2,000 in damage.

• At 1:39 a.m., a 22-year-old man was arrested at Scioto Darby Road for operating a vehicle while intoxicated after being stopped for a traffic violation. He was released on a court summons.

• At 5:46 a.m., HPD officers took report of a disturbance involving several subjects on Grace Street.

• A 20-year-old woman was cited for not yielding the right of way at intersections on Fishinger Boulevard and Ridge Mill Drive.

• A 34-year-old man was cited at Cosgray Road and Parkmeadow Lane for speeding.

• A 25-year-old woman was cited for not signaling before changing course on I-270 South.

• A 37-year-old man was cited on I-270 North for having fictitious/illegal plates and expired/unlawful license plate.

• A 48-year-old woman was cited at Cemetery and Leap roads for driving without reinstatement.

• A 33-year-old man was arrested at Park Mill Run Drive on an outstanding warrant.

• Someone stole the front license plate of a vehicle on Vinings Boulevard.

• A man reported the theft of a Dell laptop computer and clothing from his unlocked vehicle on Nadine Park Drive. Loss was $2,050.

• At 11 p.m., a man reported that someone threw eggs at his vehicle and his Kriggsby Boulevard residence, causing $150 in damage.
