• At 2 a.m., a 26-year-old man was arrested for OVI after being stopped for a traffic violation at Cemetery Road and I-270 South.
• At 6 a.m., a woman reported that someone she knows took a laptop computer valued at $500 from her Scioto Darby Road residence without her permission. A man at the same address reported he was assaulted.
• Fifth Third Bank reported a theft from a residence on Olde Vintage Drive. Someone removed a cabinet, vanity and two sink faucets. Loss was $1,350.
Jan. 13
• At 7:40 a.m., someone entered a Crystal Ball Drive residence and stole jewelry, a key and a Sony PlayStation 3 gaming system. Total loss was $485.
• Someone broke a window on a man’s vehicle at Carriage Run Drive, causing $200 damage. A back pack and boxing equipment, valued at $65, was stolen.
• At 12:53 p.m., a 39-year-old woman was cited for reasonable control when her vehicle struck a culvert at Davidson and Leppert roads. Two injuries were reported.
• A 16-year-old boy was cited for failure to control when his vehicle struck a curb and tree at Davidson Run Drive and Thims Court. No injury was claimed.
• Someone presented a forged check to Buckeye Nissan to buy a vehicle.
• A 42-year-old woman was cited for changing lanes without safety following a non-injury accident at Fishinger Boulevard and Park Mill Run Drive.
• Someone stole a wallet and a bottle of cologne from a woman’s purse on Trueman Boulevard. Total loss was $147.

• At 1:10 a.m., a 20-year-old man was cited at Avery and Davidson roads for not having his vehicle lights on.
• At 2:45 a.m., a 24-year-old man was arrested for OVI after being stopped for a speeding violation on Cemetery Road.
• At 7:59 a.m., American Health Network, 3823 Trueman Court, was cited for excessive false alarms.
• At 12:05 p.m., a 43-year-old woman was cited for failure to yield following a non-injury accident at Cemetery Road and Main Street.
• At 4:42 p.m., a 16-year-old girl was cited for right-of-way when turning left following a non-injury accident at Avery and Hayden Run roads.
• At 7:52 p.m., a 33-year-old man was arrested at Motel 6 on an outstanding warrant.
• At 8:39 p.m., a 25-year-old man was arrested on I-270 South in Norwich Township for violating a protection order.
• A 17-year-old boy was charged with littering at 3500 Fishinger Blvd.
• A 47-year-old man was cited at Scioto Darby and Walcutt roads for not wearing a seat belt.
• A semi rolled back and struck a female’s vehicle at Cemetery and Leap roads, then left the scene. No injuries were reported.

• At 1:23 a.m., a 38-year-old woman was arrested at Hilliard Rome Road and Whispering Oak Boulevard after being stopped for a traffic violation.
• At 2:52 a.m., a 31-year-old man arrested at Hilliard Rome and Tinapple roads for OVI after being stopped for a traffic violation.
• At 4:05 a.m., two persons entered Bankshot Billiards, 3626 Main St., and stole a safe, cash, and keys. Total loss was $3,051.
• A red vehicle struck a parked, unoccupied vehicle at 4211 Trueman Blvd., then left.
• At 10:30 a.m., a 34-year-old man was arrested at 3400 Trabue Road for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
• At 1:06 p.m., a stolen Chevy van reported through the Delaware Police Department was recovered at J.W. Reason Elementary. A 16-year-old boy who was reported missing was located with the vehicle.
• Two women were cited for having non-transparent tinted windows.

• A 20-year-old woman was cited at Cemetery Road and Westbrook Drive for wrongful entrustment of a motor vehicle.
• At 1:13 a.m., a 19-year-old man was cited at Cemetery and Lacon roads for an illegal U-turn.
• At 2:34 a.m., a 29-year-old woman was cited at Hilliard Rome Road and Hyde Park Drive for not displaying their lights.
• A 38-year-old woman was cited for failure to control when she struck a sign post at Britton Parkway and Hayden Run road. No injury was claimed.
• Police are investigating a fire at 4907 Britton Farms Drive.
• At 8:41 a.m., a 56-year-old man was cited for assured clear distance when his vehicle struck the railroad overpass at Cemetery and Lacon roads, causing it to tip onto its side. He was injured.
• A woman reported the theft of a metal sign valued at $250 from a Center Street address.
• At 9:10 p.m., a woman reported two people she knows assaulted her at 4300 Avery Road.

• At 2:47 a.m., an 18-year-old man was arrested for OVI after being stopped for a traffic violation at Alton Darby Road and Lampton Pond Drive.
• Two thefts were reported on Fairway Commons Drive. Cash, a flashlight and items totaling $200 were removed from one vehicle, and a van was stolen. The van was recovered by Columbus Police.
• A 44-year-old man was cited for assured clear distance following a non-injury accident at Cemetery Road and Westbrook Drive.
• At 7:57 p.m., a 51-year-old woman was arrested on an outstanding warrant after being stopped on I-270 South.
• A 36-year-old man was cited at 3500 Main Street for having fictitious/illegal plates and a passenger who wasn't wearing a seat belt.
• Someone entered a vehicle on Heritage Lakes Drive, causing $50 in damage, and removed $5 in cash.
• A 34-year-old woman was cited at Cemetery Road and Trueman Boulevard for not obeying traffic control devices.
• A 28-year-old man was arrested for theft after allegedly stealing several appliance power cords from Appliance Smart, 3700 Parkway Lane.

• A woman reported being assaulted by someone she knows.
• A 33-year-old man was cited for possession of drug abuse instruments after a traffic stop on I-270 North.
• A woman reported two known people threatened her 16-year-old daughter at Darby High School.
• A 45-year-old man was arrested at 3500 Trabue Road on an outstanding warrant through the Brown County Sheriff's Office, and a 48-year-old man was arrested at the same location on an outstanding warrant through the Franklin County Sheriff's Department.
• Someone stole a wallet and $22 from a man at Kroger, 4656 Cemetery Road.
• A woman reported that she has received unwanted texts from someone she knows

• A woman reported that someone she knows got into her computer without permission.

• At 1:29 a.m., an 18-year-old man was arrested after a traffic stop at Laura Lane and Leppert Road for drug abuse and drug paraphernalia.
• At 2:30 a.m., someone stole several medications valued at $225 from a couple on Wayne Street.
• A man reported the dog of someone he knows bit him on Hillcrest West.
• At 7:20 a.m., a 44-year-old woman was cited for failure to yield following a non-injury accident at Cemetery Road and Main Street.
• A 32-year-old man was cited at PNC Bank, 4650 Cemetery Road, for not having a windshield.
• At 12:42 p.m., a 29-year-old man was arrested on an outstanding warrant following a traffic stop on Trueman Boulevard.
• At 3:25 p.m., a 50-year-old woman was cited for assured clear distance following a non-injury accident at Exit 13 on I-270 South.
• At 5:51 p.m., a 38-year-old woman reported a non-injury accident at Lyman and Reynolds drives. She was cited for failure to control.

• At 2:46 a.m., a 34-year-old man was arrested for OVI, drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana after being stopped for a traffic violation at the 5200 block of Scioto Darby Road.
• A 17-year-old girl was cited for failure to control when her vehicle struck a tree and then a bridge rail at 4200 Trueman Blvd. The girl and a passenger were both injured.
• A 33-year-old man was arrested on Columbia Street for domestic violence after assaulting a family member.
• A 17-year-old girl was cited for improper lane change when she hit a vehicle in the roundabout at Cemetery Road and Main Street. No injuries were reported.
• A 38-year-old man was arrested for drug paraphernalia after being stopped for a traffic violation on Lyman Drive. He was summoned into court.
• A 16-year-old girl was cited for failure to control following a non-injury accident at 3000 Landen Farm Road.

• At 12:21 a.m., an 18-year-old man was cited at Bradford Drive and Scioto Darby Road for driving with his lights off.
• At 12:23 a.m., a 45-year-old woman was arrested at Cemetery Road and Luxair Drive for possession of marijuana. She was released on a citation.
• At 5:45 a.m., a 48-year-old man was arrested for breaking and entering Coloramics, 4077 Weaver Court S. A door knob and lock were broken, causing $200 damage. Currency and a lock box were recovered.
• A woman reported someone she knows broke the rear sliding glass window at a Ridgewood Drive address, causing $300 in damage. No loss was reported. Later that day, a man reported that his 17-year-old son was assaulted by two people he knows at the same address.
• A 39-year-old man was arrested on Drivemere Road for domestic violence, assault, and aggravated menacing.
• A woman reported someone made unauthorized purchases on her debit card.
• A 52-year-old woman was cited at Cemetery Road and Main Street for not obeying traffic control devices.
• A 17-year-old boy was charged with possession of drugs at Municipal Park.

• Someone broke into a Dutchess Lane residence and damaged the interior walls, causing $2,000 damage.
• Someone entered a Paxton Drive residence and caused damage estimated at $25,000 to the interior and exterior of the residence. Nothing was taken.
• A counterfeit $20 bill was presented at UDF, 4640 Cemetery Road, and impounded at HPD.
• At 9:13 p.m. at Municipal Park, a 21-year-old man was summoned into court for wrongful influence of a minor. A 16-year-old girl was charged with underage consumption and released to a parent.

• At 7 a.m., a vehicle reported stolen in Columbus was recovered at Speedway Gas Station, 4232 Cemetery Road.
• At noon at Darby High School, two juveniles were arrested for underage possession of tobacco products and released to the school.
• At 1:18 p.m., someone robbed an unspecified amount of currency from PNC Bank, 4650 Cemetery Road.
• At 2:30 p.m., someone stole an automatic flush valve valued at $400 from the restroom at Bob Evans restaurant, 3910 Lyman Drive.
• A 19-year-old man was cited at Jeannette and Leap roads for drug possession.
• A 19-year-old man was cited at Avery Road and Taylor-Lane Avenue for rapid acceleration.
