Hilliard officials have rescheduled an open house for residents to learn more about two proposed projects.
The public meeting originally was scheduled Jan. 7, but it was canceled because of extreme cold.
The rescheduled meeting will be from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Jan. 14, at the Phyllis A. Ernst Senior Center, 3810 Veterans Memorial Drive.
Presentations on the projects will be made at 5:30 p.m. and 6:40 p.m.
One project would involve new pedestrian paths and connections to Roger A. Reynolds Municipal Park, and the other is about proposed improvements to Scioto Darby and Leppert roads.
The latter project would entail widening Scioto Darby Road between the roundabouts at Main Street west to Leppert Road and improving a small section of Leppert Road from Scioto Darby to the entrance of Darby High School.
Both projects are scheduled for design work and engineering in 2014, but no construction is planned until 2015.
