Hilliard: Vehicle, $8,000 in other items reported stolen from apartment

Hilliard police reported a vehicle and more than $8,000 in property were stolen Jan. 4 from a residence in the Crystal Lakes apartments in the 4600 block of Crystal Ball Drive.

A man told police a known person took jewelry, clothes, two televisions and the vehicle at 10 a.m.

The vehicle, worth $35,000, was recovered, according to the police report.

In other recent incident reports from the Hilliard Division of Police:

* Police reported a 2008 Honda CR-V was stolen at 1:30 p.m. Jan. 4 from the 3800 block of Sturbridge Court.

* A 20-year-old woman was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia at 1:35 p.m. Jan. 5 in the 4600 block of Point Pleasant Drive.

* An 18-year-old man was arrested for possession of narcotics at 11:05 a.m. Jan. 4 at Scioto Darby Road and High School Drive.

* Police arrested a 23-year-old man and a 20-year-old woman for possession of narcotics at 12:30 a.m. Jan. 5 in the 3200 block of Cemetery Road.
