Ryan Beveridge, Walker Hamilton, Skylar Hartley, Tommy Horn, Zach Popovec, Ryan Reffitt and Daniel Tepe of the Hilliard Bradley High School football team made their college choices Feb. 5.
Beveridge, a 6-foot-1, 270-pound offensive lineman, accepted an appointment to the Air Force Academy. He was second-team all-district in Division II and first-team all-OCC-Cardinal Division last season as the Jaguars finished 6-4 overall and third (5-2) in the league behind Westerville Central (7-0) and Hilliard Darby (6-1).
Hamilton, a 5-10, 175-pound defensive back, committed to Wittenberg. He had 87 tackles and one interception last fall, earning second-team all-district and first-team all-league.
Hartley, a 6-2, 305-pound offensive lineman, signed with Buffalo. He was second-team all-state and first team all-district and all-league.
Horn, a 6-0, 180-pound quarterback, signed with Ohio Dominican. He was special mention all-district and first-team all-league, rushing for 813 yards and seven touchdowns and passing for 700 yards with five touchdowns and 10 interceptions.
Popovec, a 6-3, 200-pound defensive back, signed to play at Davidson (N.C.) College. He was special mention all-league and had one interception last fall.
Reffitt, a 6-5, 210-pound wide receiver, accepted an appointment to Air Force. He was honorable mention all-district and second-team all league, catching 19 passes for 237 yards and two touchdowns.
Tepe, a 5-11, 195-pound defensive back, signed to play at Malone. He was honorable mention all-district and second-team all league with 30 tackles and five interceptions, two returned for scores.
