The Northridge FFA Chapter traveled to Indianapolis Oct. 22-25 for the 81st National FFA Convention.

Keilah Ketron competed in the National Agriscience Fair Competition with her project, "Conventional Till vs. No Till" and received a silver rating.

Other Northridge FFA members attending were Lesley Hall, Erin Hall, Faith McConnell, Jessica Parkinson, Dustin Martin, Victoria Edbrooke, Mike Fisher, Haley Morelock, Kaley Webb, Kayla Chalfant, Emily Freese, Logan White, Justin White, Cathryn Clark, Perry Buxton and adviser Ryan Rismiller.

While in Indianapolis, ate at well-known restaurants, visited the Lucas Oil Stadium for a live concert and shopped at the FFA mall.

In addition to attending general convention sessions, the group went sight-seeing at a local greenhouse that operates on methane and checked out a local buffalo farm.

James Clark and Nancy Ketron served as chaperones for the FFA trip.
