During November, the Northridge FFA Chapter participated in various contests.

On Nov. 11, Northridge FFA members visited Johnstown-Monroe High School for the annual county parliamentary procedure contest, taking fourth place.

Members of the Northridge team are Lesley Hall, president; Cathryn Clark, vice president; Erin Hall, secretary; Justin White, sentinel; Keilah Ketron, treasurer; Perry Buxton, reporter; Kayla Chalfant, student adviser; Jessica Parkinson; Emily Freese; and Kelsey Garrabrant.

Also on Nov. 11, five members of the chapter traveled to Amanda-Clearcreek to compete in the district Agricultural Communications contest. Team members are Lesley Hall, White, Erin Hall, Clark and Brittany Gilmore. Overall, the team finished sixth. Cathryn Clark scored the highest as an individual.

On Nov. 13, Northridge FFA members attended the Food Science contest at Zane Trace High School. The overall score was seventh place and the team was led by Adrian Boudinot. Other members attending were Brittany Ulery, Faith McConnell, Emily Freese, Nathan Hossler, Jessica Parkinson, Jacob Castle, Abigail Nye, Stephen Peters, Logan White and Ridge Johnson.
