The second annual TWIG Pumpkinpalooza, benefiting the Memorial Tournament Neonatal Intensive Care Unity (NICU) at Nationwide Children's Hospital, will be held on Saturday, Oct. 2, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lynd Fruit Farm in Pataskala.

The second annual TWIG Pumpkinpalooza, benefiting the Memorial Tournament Neonatal Intensive Care Unity (NICU) at Nationwide Children's Hospital, will be held on Saturday, Oct. 2, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Lynd Fruit Farm in Pataskala.

Hosted by TWIG, a volunteer organization of hospital, those attending are invited to enjoy a day-long family autumn festival. TWIG Pumpkinpalooza features food, hayrides, a pumpkin patch, corn maze, games, crafts and raffles featuring several items.

Admission is free, with tickets sold per activity and for food. New this year is a Big Kids' Fun Pass (ages 4-12 for $16; age 3-under for $11) that includes one Wagon Ride, one Barrel Train Ride, one entry through the Lil' Adventure Corn Maze, unlimited visits in the bounce houses and unlimited visits through the Wild West corn maze (accompanied by an adult).

An Adult Fun Pass is also available (13 and older for $15. Passes can be purchased in advance by visiting www.nationwidechildrens.org/pumpkinpalooza or at the gate.

Applications for the 2010 Northridge Craft Show are being accepted.

The show will be held from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Saturday, Nov. 6, at Northridge Middle School. The event features original arts and crafts from more than 70 vendors and is one of the primary annual fundraisers for the Northridge Primary and Intermediate schools.

Family practice physician Robert C. Woskobnick, D.O., has joined Licking Memorial Family Practice in Johnstown.

Woskobnick earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree at Ohio University in Athens. He completed an internship and a residency at the Ohio State University Hospitals in Columbus and is board certified in family practice.

The Brew and Wine Fest, sponsored by the Licking County Chamber of Commerce, will be held from 7 to 11 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 6, at Apple Tree Auction Center.

The event will feature samplings of wine and micro-brewed beers from Buckeye Winery, Roots & Shoots Brewery, The Beverage Source, Brown Distribution and Matesich Distributing.

Appetizers will be provided by Mattingly Foods, Longaberger Golf Club, Damon's Restaurant, Apple Tree Café and Doug's Farside Catering. A coffee bar will be available courtesy of Caribou Coffee.

Acoustic Shu and Sticks & Stones will provide entertainment.
