Open house at Observatory

The Denison University Department of Physics and Astronomy will host an open house from 9 to 11 p.m. on Saturday, May 18, if the skies are clear at Swasey Observatory, 300 Chapel Drive.

In addition to planned observations of Saturn and the moon, Denison professors and astronomy students will be on hand to locate other celestial objects as time permits.

This event is free and open to the public. For the most current information on the open house, call the observatory hotline at 740-587-6477. For information about Denison, visit denison.edu.
