11:15 a.m. Oct. 8, in the 800 block of Irvingwick Drive: A driver reported hitting a deer.

6:47 p.m. Oct. 4, in the 800 block of Fieldstone Drive: A resident reported finding a bicycle in her back yard.

8 a.m. Oct. 3, in the first block of Commodore Street: Police arrested a man for receiving stolen property and falsification.

5:17 p.m. Oct. 8, in the 1200 block of Hebron Road: Police charged two 16-year-old boys and a 13-year-old boy with counts each for breaking and entering and criminal damaging. They were accused of breaking into a business in which bicycles were stolen.

12:10 a.m. Oct. 10: Police arrested a man for crimes committed the day before. He was charged with a felony count of drug abuse, possession of drug paraphernalia and a felony count of failure to appear.

5:42 a.m. Oct. 8, Giant Eagle, 553 Hebron Road: Police charged a 19-year-old with petty theft.

5:30 a.m. Oct. 5, in the 1600 block of Hebron Road: Police charged a man at his residence with a felony count of assault, resisting arrest and disorderly conduct.

3:16 a.m. Oct. 4, in the 600 block of Hebron Road: Police charged a man with OVI, speeding and failure to comply.

5:18 a.m. Oct. 5, in the 1600 block of Hebron Road: Police, answering a loud music complaint, arrested a man for disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

1:32 a.m. Oct. 5, Dorsey Mill Road: Police arrested a man for driving with a suspended license and found a postal scale and marijuana in the car.

11:13 p.m. Oct. 6, in the 600 block of Hebron Road: During a traffic stop, police arrested a man for drug abuse after finding a prescription pain pill in his possession. He said he had bought it from a friend to combat a toothache.

8:20 p.m. Oct. 9, in the 1000 block of Hebron Road: Police stopped a man who fled the scene in foot. They found methamphetamine in his possession. He admitted he had used meth. The man, charged with drug abuse, also had $3,430 in cash in his pockets.

12:20 p.m. Oct. 4, in the 100 block of Irvingwick Drive: Police sent charges of animal running at large to the law director after a man reported a dog chased his son and knocked him off his bicycle.

4:10 p.m. Oct. 5, in the 500 block of Irvingwick Drive: Police sent assault charges to the law director. One resident said another hit him in the jaw. The alleged attacker denied the accusation.

Between 3:55 and 4:09 p.m. Oct. 6, in the 100 block of South Main Street: A man reported a thief stole his trash bin.

Between 10:39 and 11:06 a.m. Oct. 4, in the first block of Saratoga Drive: A woman reported a vandal tore the downspouts off her garage. She said she suspected that juveniles, who had been cutting through her yard, caused the damage. She had put chicken wire up in the yard to prevent the cut-through traffic and attacked the wire to the downspouts.

6:07 p.m. Oct. 1, in the 900 block of West Coshocton Street: Police intervened in an argument between two adults. They agreed to separate.

12:43 p.m. Oct. 9, Kroger, 659 W. Coshocton St.: A witness saw a white male stealing two CDs. No arrests were immediately reported.

7:44 p.m. Sept. 27: Police arrested a man for telephone harassment. The arrest took place at police headquarters when an officer saw the man in the lot. He was there to exchange children with a woman.

Between 5:30 and 8:30 p.m. Sept. 30, in the 100 block of Valley View Drive, Newark: A resident reported a burglar entered this house without force and stole an Xbox 360, accessories and games for it.

9:45 p.m. Oct. 3, in the 1200 block of Dayton Road, Newark: A resident said the driver of a dark colored Chevrolet Cavalier damaged his mailbox.

Between 8 a.m. Oct. 2 and 9:30 a.m. Oct. 4, in the 9100 block of Jacksontown Road, Jacksontown: A man reported a thief stole a log splitter from his yard.

Between 10 and 10:11 a.m. Oct. 1, in the 4100 block of Ridgely Tract Road, Heath: A man came home to find a vehicle outside. A man was inside. He and accomplices fled in a tan or brown SUV. No forced entry was found.

Between and 9:05 a.m. Oct. 5, in the 5400 block of Overdrive Road, Heath: A resident reported a burglary removed a screen over an unlocked window on this house, crawled inside and stole an Xbox 360, games, a camera and $153.

Between 9 p.m. Sept. 30 and 10 a.m. Oct. 1, in the 12700 block of Morse Road, Pataskala: A man reported a thief stole his $2,000 homemade trailer filled with scrap metal.

Between 11 a.m. and 12:40 p.m. Oct. 6, in the 5600 block of Beaver Run Road, Pataskala: A resident reported an intruder entered this house without force and stole jewelry.

Between 3 p.m. Oct. 4 and 7 a.m. Oct. 5, in the 3900 block of Johnstown-Utica Road, Utica: A worker reported a thief stole an $8,965 Cub Cadet utility vehicle from this business lot.

Between 5 and 7:58 p.m. Oct. 3, in the 4800 block of Clover Valley Road, Johnstown: A couple returned home to find a car door and the door on an outbuilding were open. No loss was reported.

11:25 a.m. Oct. 3, in the 200 block of Georgian Drive, Reynoldsburg: A resident reported a thief who stole checks from a car at this residence is using them at area Kroger stores.

Between midnight Sept. 30 and 6:06 p.m. Oct. 3, in the 11600 block of Rocky Fork Road, St. Louisville: A man reported someone dumped trash onto his property, down a steep ravine. The man found two license plates in the trash and deputies checked them to see if they could identity the dumper.

8 p.m. Oct. 4, in the 9900 block of Rocky Fork Road, St. Louisville: A man named a suspect who called him and threatened to kill him.

Oct. 7, in the 10500 block of Pleasant Valley Road, Frazeysburg: A woman reported a known person sent her a piece of mail, violating a protection order.

1:08 p.m. Oct. 3, in the 7500 block of Smoke Road, Pataskala: A woman reported a man violated a restraining order by leaving a message on her answering machine. Deputies sent charges to the law director for review.

1:32 a.m. Oct. 3, Licking Trails Road, Licking Township: Deputies charged a woman with OVI.

3:55 a.m. Oct. 3: Deputies arrested an Upper Arlington, Ohio, woman on a felony warrant. When they got her to the jail, they added two counts of possession of drugs and conveyance of drugs into a jail after finding drugs in her purse.

10 p.m. Oct. 3, in the 200 block of Sycamore Road, Hebron: Deputies charged a man with disorderly conduct by intoxication and resisting arrest.
