There are three age groups, and every player is guaranteed to play and play every position. All coaches and instructors are certified and go through a background check.

The Capital softball team and coach Nan Payne will play host to a fastpitch softball league for girls grades 8-12. The league takes place Sept. 6 through Oct. 18 with each team playing two games a week and in a tournament the final weekend of the season.
