Main St., Pataskala, a fundraiser for awareness of Down syndrome and other developmental disabilities, co-sponsored by Help Me Grow and Connie Zeune of Connie's Cutz hair salon. Octagon Earthworks, North 33rd Street and Parkview Road, will be open to the public Tuesday, June 1. Guided tours will be offered from 10 a.m.-2 p.m. This open house allows the public to see the entire earthworks "golf free." Admission is free.

Senior Citizen Driving Class, noon-4 p.m. Friday, June 4, at Zerger Hall Senior Center, 745 E. Main St. Sponsored by AARP. Classroom instruction focuses on new car features, new laws and issues that confront older drivers. The class may lead to a discount in insurance rates. $10 for AARP members and $15 for others. Friends and Family Infant and Child CPR, 7-8 p.m. Thursday, June 3, at Licking Memorial Hospital. The focus is on basic life support and treatment for children who are choking. Cost is $5 per person. Call (740) 348-4346.

Sibling Preparation Class, 10-11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 5, at Licking Memorial Hospital, 1320 W. Main St. The class will teach children ages 3-6 how to be big brothers or big sisters. The cost is $10 per family.

Parenting Class, 6:30-9 p.m. Tuesday, June 8, at Licking Memorial Hospital. Class prepares parents-to-be to care for their babies in the months following birth. Participants will be introduced to available support services. Cost is $10. Call (740) 348-4346.
