St. David, the patron saint of Wales, is part of the triumvirate of Celtic saints, which includes Ireland's St. Patrick and Scotland's St. Andrew. His life is celebrated on the day he died, in A.D. 601, according to some Internet sources.

The program will include a short presentation on the life of St. David, Welsh music by Jennifer Evans Kinsley and a video, "Wales: Heritage of a Nation," narrated by Richard Burton.

Dinner includes a choice of roast lamb or salmon, along with soup, salad, peas, potatoes and gingerbread with lemon sauce.
