All Pataskala residents soon should receive a postcard informing them that the Regional Income Tax Agency will not mail income-tax forms this year.

The agency collects income taxes for the city of Pataskala.

Forms for 2012 income-tax returns will be available at Pataskala City Hall, 621 W. Broad St., and at the Pataskala Public Library, 101 S. Vine St.

Forms also are available by calling 800-860-7482 and selecting the fourth option or online at www.ritaohio.com.

The agency has discontinued mailing paper forms because of the high number of electronic filings, according to a press release.

Completed tax forms are due by April 15.
