National Crime Victims' Rights Week, set for April 21-27, will be observed in Licking County Sunday, April 21, with a community cookout.
The cookout will begin at 1 p.m. on the courthouse lawn.
Local champions will be recognized at an 11:30 a.m. awards luncheon on Tuesday, April 23, and also at a Saturday, April 27 Peacemakers Showcase. All the events are hosted by the Child Advocacy Center of Licking County in partnership with Prevent Assault and Violence Prevention (PAVE) and Licking County Victims' Services.
