Pataskala: Officers make drug arrests on two consecutive days

The Pataskala Division of Police made two drug arrests in two days last week.

Police cited two 19-year-old men for possession of drugs following a traffic stop at 1:04 a.m. May 9 on Broad Street at Oak Meadow Drive.

The two were found with marijuana in the vehicle, according to the police report.

The driver also was cited for missing one headlight and a rear light on the vehicle, the report said.

Police cited a 29-year-old man for possession of drugs at 12:10 a.m. May 10 on Broad Street west of Legacy Lane.

The man was found with marijuana.

In other recent incident reports from the Pataskala Division of Police:

* Police arrested a man for felony breaking and entering, criminal trespassing and theft at 10:21 p.m. May 13 in the 200 block of Poplar Drive.

Curtis Fritts, 18, of Loop Road is accused of taking a motorcycle valued at $250 from a shed on Poplar Drive between midnight May 7 and 9 p.m. May 13, the police report said.

* Police are investigating the theft of a garden tiller between 12:01 a.m. May 8 and 5:30 p.m. May 12 from a yard in the 10000 block of Cleveland Street.

* Police cited a 46-year-old woman for child endangerment at 12:07 p.m. May 11 in the first block of Township Road.

The woman is accused of giving alcohol to a 16-year-old female relative between 8:30 p.m. May 10 and 12:12 p.m. May 11.
