Pataskala: Prescription medicines stolen from residences

The Pataskala Division of Police is investigating two thefts of prescription medication reportedly taken from residences July 18 and 21.

Two different types of medication were reportedly taken sometime between 3 p.m. July 18 and 1:43 p.m. July 19 from a home in the first block of Brooksedge Drive.

One type of medication was reportedly taken sometime between 11 a.m. and 11:35 a.m. July 21 from a home on Broad Street at South Township Road.

In other recent Pataskala Division of Police reports:

* Police arrested a 50-year-old Blacklick man for operating a motor vehicle under the influence and improper handling of firearm, a fifth-degree felony, after a traffic stop at 6:30 p.m. July 19 at Clark State Road and Morse Road.

Eubank was found with a loaded gun in the vehicle, the police report states.

* Police are investigating the theft of an air conditioner valued at $300 reported missing sometime between midnight April 8 and midnight June 8 from a vacant home in the 11000 block of Mill Street.

The incident was reported July 22.
