All of the following events are on Monday.

Franklin County

• Dublin: Ceremony, 11 a.m., Grounds of Remembrance in Dublin Veterans Park, Dublin Road and Indian Run Drive

• Gahanna: Ceremony, 11 a.m., Veterans Memorial Park, 73 W. Johnstown Rd.

• Hilliard: Parade, 7 p.m., Franklin County Fairgrounds, 4100 Columbia St.

Delaware County

• Delaware: Ceremony, 9:40 a.m., Center for Older Adults, 800 Cheshire Rd.

• Shawnee Hills: Ceremony, 11 a.m., 40 W. Reindeer Dr.

Fairfield County

• Lancaster: Parade, 10 a.m., Fairfield County Fairgrounds, 157 E. Fair Ave. Ceremony follows at Broad and Main streets.

Madison County

• London: Ceremony, 10 a.m., London High School gym, 336 Elm St.

• Plain City: Ceremony, 10:30 a.m., Plain City Elementary School gym, 580 S. Chillicothe St.

Union County

• Marysville: Ceremony, 2 p.m., Veterans Plaza, 5th and Court streets.

Holiday closings

Veterans Day is on Monday. On the holiday:

• Mail will not be delivered.

• Parking meters in Columbus will be enforced.

• City, county, state and federal offices will be closed. Columbus city offices will be open.

• Columbus Metropolitan Library’s Main Library and these branches will be open: Dublin, Gahanna, Hilliard, Hilltop, Karl Road, New Albany, Reynoldsburg, Southeast and Whetstone.

• Trash collection in Columbus will remain the same.

• Rumpke curbside recycling and yard-waste collection will remain the same.

• Columbus State Community College and Ohio State University will be closed.

• Columbus City Schools will be in session. Some other school districts, however, will be closed. Check with individual districts for information.
