Rotary Club District Governor Pat Edwards recently visited members of the Union County Rotary Club. Edwards shared information on Rotary International and the importance of "Service Above Self" within the community.

Rotary Club District Governor Pat Edwards recently visited members of the Union County Rotary Club. Edwards shared information on Rotary International and the importance of "Service Above Self" within the community.

The Union County Rotary meets each Friday mornings at 7:30 a.m. at Bob Evans. Local community service projects include Project Lifesaver, the Special Needs Pantry, local college scholarships and donations to other local organizations like United Way, Care Train, and Literacy United and other initiatives brought forth by members. The chapter also participates in international service, funding water purification and assistance with medical supplies in Honduras.

The Union County Rotary was chartered in December of 1993 making this December the group's 15th anniversary.
