Memorial Hospital of Union County is hosting "Hope Lights the Way," an open house in recognition of National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, from 5 to 7 p.m. Wednesday, Oct. 24, in the lower level of the hospital's Miracle Life Center, 500 London Ave.
Special events include a proclamation at 6 p.m. from Mayor John Gore with a lighting of pink luminaries on the hospital lawn immediately following.
Additional festivities include free bra fittings by a trained Wacoal representative (a reservation is required), free Satin Hands massages by Mary Kay, light refreshments, tours of the Women's Health Center, an opportunity to meet radiologist Dr. Julie Rutledge, interactive education on breast health and mammogram scheduling.
All registered guests will be entered for a chance to win a grand prize basket and other fabulous prizes.
