The Union County Sheriff's Office said a deputy tried to stop the vehicle on Route 33 near state Route 31 after radar clocked its speed at 103 mph. Medical personnel from the Marysville Fire Department were called but the driver, a 34-year-old Richwood woman, refused treatment. She was charged with OVI.

* A 36-year-old Florida man was cited for failure to drive in marked lanes after the semi he was driving hit a Ford pickup truck on state Route 31 near Miller Road.

* Deputies and the Marys-ville and Liberty Township fire departments responded to an accident at t he intersection of Wolford Maskill and Hillview roads. A 56-year-old Richwood man was cited for failure to yield the right of way at an intersection after his 2003 Chrysler Town and Country struck a 2002 Ford E-250 van.

* An air compressor and heaters were stolen from a home in the 23000 block of North Darby Coe Road.

* A 52-year-old Marysville woman was cited for failure to maintain assured clear distance ahead after the 2011 Mazda she was driving hit the back of a 2010 Honda CRV at the intersection of U.S. Route 42 and U.S. Route 33.

* A 33-year-old Marysville man was charged with OVI after a traffic stop on U.S. Route 33 near the rest area.

Oct. 23

* An 18-year-old Ostrander woman was cited for driving left of center and two people were taken to Memorial Hospital of Union County for treatment after an accident in the 10000 block of state Route 38.

Sheriff's reports said the teen was driving a 2000 Toyota Celica that hit a 2003 GMC Sonoma.

Sheriff's deputies and the Union Township, Marysville and Pleasant Valley fire departments all responded to the accident.
