Tickets for author and former Time magazine editor Walter Isaacson's upcoming talk with students are available to the public at no cost.

Isaacson will be in New Albany for the New Albany Community Foundation's "Remarkable Evening" on Dec. 4, and will address New Albany and central Ohio students at 10 a.m. Dec. 5.

Students will use about 500 of the 786 seats in the auditorium of the Jeanne B. McCoy Community Center for the Arts, but the rest of the seats are open to the public at no cost. Tickets for the Dec. 5 lecture are available at the New Albany Library, 200 Market St., or by calling the foundation at (614) 939-8152.

Those who attend the 10 a.m. lecture should park at the New Albany Church of the Resurrection, 6300 E. Dublin Granville Road. Shuttles will run to the arts center. The public is asked to arrive at least 20 minutes early.

Isaacson is author of biographies on Ben Franklin, Albert Einstein and Henry Kissinger. He is also a former CEO of CNN.
