New Albany police at 8:11 p.m. on Jan. 4 recovered a vehicle that had been reported missing earlier that day from a Dublin residence.
The vehicle was found in the 4000 block of Conklin Court in New Albany and police later found the 13-year-old who had taken the vehicle without permission.
The juvenile appeared to be suffering from hypothermia and was transported to Nationwide Children's Hospital, where the youth was treated and released.
Dublin police declined to press charges once the vehicle and missing juvenile were recovered. The juvenile's family also declined to press charges for the unauthorized use of the vehicle.
Officers from Columbus and Gahanna police departments and the Franklin County sheriff's office also participated.

* A 27-year-old man was arrested at 9:34 a.m. Jan. 2 at Village Hall Road on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.
