The New Albany Chamber of Commerce will host David Goodman, the director of the Ohio Department of Commerce and a New Albany resident, at a luncheon Feb. 21.
The luncheon will be from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. at the New Albany Country Club, 1 Club Lane.
Admission is $20 for members and $25 for guests. Reservations are requested at www.newalbanychamber.com.
Goodman will speak about business development in Ohio and explain the key factors of continued business expansion.
"We welcome this discussion on efforts to expand investment in Ohio that fuels job growth," said program coordinator Cherie Nelson, a senior business development manager for Kelly Services. "Chamber members will have an opportunity to network and receive an update on new benefits for the membership during the program opening."
The New Albany Chamber of Commerce, formed in 1996, has 500 members.
