Ring worth $125 reported stolen from Main Street business

A ring valued at $125 was reported stolen to New Albany police at 2:53 p.m. Jan. 29 from a business in the 200 block of East Main Street.

In other recent incident reports from the New Albany Police Department:

* A 35-year-old woman was arrested at 4:16 p.m. Feb. 2 on Village Hall Road on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

* A 33-year-old man was arrested at 9:09 a.m. Feb. 9 in the 7000 block of Gable Stone Lane on an outstanding warrant for failure to appear.

* A 51-year-old woman was arrested at 12:25 a.m. Feb. 9 at Dublin-Granville and Meadway roads for operating a vehicle under the influence, failure to signal and failure to obey a stop sign.

* A backpack holding a prescription bottle containing marijuana was found at 2 p.m. Feb. 10 at Morgan and Dublin-Granville roads. The pack had no markings identifying the owner.
