Korean War veterans were honored on Sunday, July 28, at the Franklin Church morning service in New Albany.

Jim Wasil, representative from Lt. Gov. Mary Taylor's office made a presentation to the Ohio Chapter of Korean Water Veterans for their service to the country.

Attending the service was New Albany Councilman Glyde Marsh, township trustee Tom Rybski and former trustee Don Shoemaker along with Korean VFW members from neighboring communities.

The service was followed by a lunch.
