Yogathon for St. Jude, 8 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. May 31 at Burn, 153 Mill St. in Gahanna. Approximately 20 yoga studios across the country, including Burn, are hosting events to raise awareness and funding for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital. Urban Zen, session on care for the caregiver, 2 to 3:30 p.m. May 9 at Wexner Heritage Village, 1151 College Ave. Urban Zen is a pioneering new therapy that combines yoga, reiki massage, breathing techniques and aroma therapy to reduce stress and anxiety, increase restfulness and restore focus and calm. Grief Journey Support Group, 6 to 7:30 p.m. Mondays, May 12 through July 7, or 12:30 to 2 p.m. Tuesdays, May 13 to July 8, at Wexner Heritage Village, 1151 College Ave. This series is for those who are newly bereaved and those still struggling with the stages of grief after a loss. A professional grief counselor from Zusman Hospice will help participants focus on understanding grief, exploring feelings and seeking reconciliation. There is no fee, but registration is required.
