Preschool toys and games are especially needed. These include such items as puppets, blocks, dress-up clothes, Play-Doh toys, dolls, trucks, sand toys, puzzles, etc., but not stuffed animals.
The arts-and-crafts program could use such items as fabrics, buttons, felt, fleece, yarn, sewing notions, paint brushes, rubber stamps, art paper, drawing pencils, pastels, paint palettes and plastic containers of all types.

Plastic dry-cleaner bags are useful for ceramics projects. Wood and drywall scraps, nails, screws and tools could be used in sculpture projects.
Beads, cord and jewelry findings would help establish a jewelry-making class.

For more information, call Terri Houston at (614) 6453158. The center is at 5147 Karl Road. Center hours are noon to 9 p.m. Tuesdays through Fridays and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Saturdays.
