The annual fall show for the St. Francis DeSales High School Little Theater will be performed Nov. 9 and 11.
The play on tap this year is Faith County II: An Evening of Culture, written by Mark Landon Smith. It is a sequel to Faith County, which was originally performed by the school's drama department in 2008.
"This sequel brings audience members back to Mineola, where the community theater is producing Romeo and Juliet," according to an announcement from the school. "With a dog barking, the telephone ringing and a scoreboard buzzing, the cast members try to forge through the Shakespearean classic while giving the audience many reasons to laugh along the way."
Show times are at 7 p.m. on Friday and 3 p.m. on Sunday. Tickets are $8.
Lori Arnett is the director. Students in leading roles include: Katie Myers, Michael Swaggerty, Abby Svitana, Sarah Schaber, Maddy Laugherty, Daniel Kelly, Kathleen Cavanaugh and Danny Barren.
