The annual Easter Bunny breakfast and egg hunt sponsored by the Sharon Woods Civic Association and Beechcroft Lions Club will take place Saturday, March 30.
The cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children 12 and younger; children younger than 12 will be admitted free.
The pancake breakfast put on by Lions Club members will begin at 8 a.m. while the Easter egg hunt is set for 10 a.m., according to Sharon Woods Civic Association President John Kirkpatrick.
Both events will be held at Church of the Good Shepherd United Methodist, 6176 Sharon Woods Blvd.
A children’s choir from the church will sing and Columbus Division of Fire personnel have been asked to drop by with a fire truck to entertain the children, Kirkpatrick indicated.
Usually about 100 children participate in the Easter egg hunt, he added.
“Proceeds this year have been earmarked for Pilot Dogs, Camp Echoing Hills, Central Ohio Eye Bank and Lions Quest,” according to Beechcroft Lions Club President Roger Heckel. “All represent organizations helping the sight-impaired.”
