Beechcroft Lions and Sharon Woods Civic Assocation, "Breakfast with the Easter Bunny," 8 a.m. April 12 at Church of the Good Shepherd, 6176 Sharon Woods Blvd. This community service project with the Civic Assocation and the Beechcroft Lions runs a fundraiser for Pilot Dogs and Central Ohio Eye Bank with the proceeds from the pancake breakfast. Cost is $6 for adults, $3 for children ages 3-13. The Easter Bunny and Lion L will visit. An egg hunt is set for 10 a.m.

Senior Community Service Employment Program helps unemployed Franklin, Delaware and Licking county workers age 55 and over secure employment. The program offers paid work experience, specialized training, upgrading of skills and job-search assistance. Age, income and residency requirements apply. Early Childhood Resource Network, free Child Check screenings for children ages 1 month through 5 years, 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. April 9 at the Northland Church of Christ, 4581 Cleveland Ave. The screenings cover gross motor, fine motor, speech and language and personal-social skills.
