Senior defensive lineman Alex Daniels, a Brookhaven graduate, is a key member of the Cincinnati football team, which is nationally ranked. Through the Bearcats' first five games, Daniels had 28 tackles, including 6.5 tackles for loss and 5.5 sacks.

The Ohio Wesleyan softball team will hold a hitting and bunting clinic from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Nov. 14 for girls grades 5-12. Registration is limited to 50 participants per clinic so register early. There are articles, handouts and resources on just about every topic relating to women's needs as athletes.
