Liberty Township trustees last week unanimously approved bidding a pedestrian path project for the third time.

The board on May 19 approved seeking bids for about 4,422 feet of new path, to be built along the west side of Sawmill Parkway from Seldom Seen Road to Big Bear Avenue and then to Galloway Drive.

Once built, it will connect to existing paths in the city of Powell.

Liberty twice last year bid the project out but didn't receive any offers from construction companies.
