Criminal mischief including breaking a window and using spray paint occurred at a business on Enterprise Drive, Lewis Center, and caused an estimated $8,500 in damage.

A breaking and entering occurred at a business on U.S. Route 23, Lewis Center. Tools valued at $30,010 were stolen.

A 37-year-old man from Florida was arrested for theft of six Bluetooth earpieces from a business on U.S. Route 23, Lewis Center. The loss was set at $539.

An 18-year-old man was cited for possession of drug paraphernalia and drug abuse. The report said the incident occurred at Big Walnut High School.

Cable equipment including line splitters and amplifiers was stolen from Wildcat Run Court. The loss was set at $2,000.

A deputy fired two shots from a pistol to destroy a deer with severe injuries on Couver Road.

A breaking and entering occurred at a business on U.S. Route 23, Lewis Center. Tools including a weed eater, chainsaw and power washer were stolen. Loss was set at $7,680.
