A pair of sunglasses was stolen from a retail business on West Powell Road, Powell. Loss was set at $350.

Two wallets including personal checks, U.S. currency, Russian currency and various identity cards, credit cards and driver's licenses were stolen from a vehicle parked on Africa Road, Galena. Loss was set at $1,075.

July 20

Two bicycles were stolen from the yard of a residence on Tucker Trail, Lewis Center. Loss was set at $171.

At a department store on U.S. Route 23, a Worthington man, 18, and a Westerville man, 19, were charged with theft of assorted merchandise including oil, condoms, gum, hand cuffs, ammunition and shell casing worth a total cost of $124. Unauthorized use of discounts and coupons was also reported.

A resident of Coldharbor Boulevard, Lewis Center, reported identity fraud involving credit cards. Loss was set at $3,770.

July 19

After a traffic stop on Southwind Drive, Powell, a Powell man, 28, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired.

After a traffic stop on I-71 North, Sunbury, a Marengo man, 23, and a Mount Gilead man, 22, were charged with possession of drugs and drug paraphernalia and open liquor container, and a Mount Gilead woman, 20, was charged with underage drinking and open liquor container.

The front window of a residence on Pleasant Colony Drive, Lewis Center, was criminally damaged. Loss was set at $1,500.

Deputies seized a plastic bag of marijuana, a glass bowl and three cans of beer.

July 18

After a traffic stop on I-71 in Orange Township, a Gahanna man, 43, was charged with operating a vehicle while impaired, a breath test result greater than 0.17 and failure to stay in marked lanes.

Criminal damaging of two truck tires was reported on Coldharbor Boulevard, Lewis Center. Loss was set at $300.

The rear window of a vehicle parked on Walnut Boulevard, Lewis Center, was criminally damaged. Loss was set at $200.

A Lewis Center man, 35, was charged with assault, domestic violence and disorderly conduct at a residence on U.S. Route 23, Lewis Center and taken to the Delaware County Jail.

A burglary was reported at a residence on Steward Road, Galena. A gaming system, 10 games and four controllers; and two laptop computers and power supplies were stolen. Loss was set at $2,550.

July 17

A convenience store on U.S. 23, Lewis Center, reported receiving a fake $100 bill.

A Columbus man, 21, was charged with telephone harassment of a resident of Windy Hill Court, Lewis Center.

Domestic violence was reported at a residence on Lewis Center Road, Galena.

A resident of Bold Venture Drive, Lewis Center, reported the criminal damaging of an outdoor propane lamp. Loss was set at $50.

A Delaware man, 44, was charged with theft of merchandise costing $133 at a grocery store on West Powell Road, Powell.

A domestic dispute was reported at a residence on Orange Station Loop, Lewis Center.

A resident of Juliana Circle, Powell, reported the loss of a wrist watch valued at $50,000

July 15

A retail business on Sawmill Parkway was robbed of $150.

At a residence on Olentangy River Road, Delaware, medication was stolen.

A department store on U.S. Route 23 reported the theft of a CD player. Loss was set at $300.

A Powell woman, 19, of Traditions Way was charged with identity fraud involving cashing forged checks amounting to $1,256. She was taken to Delaware County Jail.

A Lewis Center man, 18, was charged with disorderly conduct at his residence.

A laptop computer was stolen from an unlocked car parked at a residence on Wyndbend Boulevard, Powell. Loss was set at $1,050.

Criminal damaging was reported to a truck parked on Blue Church Road, Sunbury. Loss was set at $30,200.

July 14

At a residence on North County Line Road, Sunbury, $500 cash was reported stolen.

A Westerville woman, 21, of Wildflower Lane, was charged with theft without consent of miscellaneous clothing costing $546 on Meadow Park Avenue, Lewis Center. She was taken to Delaware County Jail.

Theft of two shotguns and a rifle was reported at a residence on Fancher Road, Westerville.

On Rome Corners Road, Galena, a deputy fired one round from a pistol to destroy an injured deer.

At a gas station on state Route 37 East, Sunbury, a Columbus man, 34, was charged with theft involving a car.

A resident of Hidden Meadow Court, Lewis Center, reported the theft of prescription medication.

A Motorola radio and spare battery, property of the Delaware County Commissioners, were stolen. Loss was set at $3,863.

A laptop computer and a cell phone were stolen from an unlocked vehicle parked at a residence on Aster Way, Galena. Loss was set at $1,100.

A neighbor dispute was reported at a residence on Green Meadows West Drive, Lewis Center.

A Lewis Center man, 32, was charged with assault and taken to Delaware County Jail.

July 12

A residence on Summer Boulevard, Galena, was broken into. Items including an LCD TV, three TV remotes, a gaming system and four controllers, three video games and a personal computer and monitor were stolen. The residence's door jamb was damaged. Loss was set at $4,430.

After a traffic stop on West Shore Drive and South Old 3C, Westerville, a Columbus man, 33, was charged with carrying concealed weapons and possession of drugs and drug abuse. He was taken to Delaware County Jail. Deputies seized marijuana and ammunition.

Theft of a watch valued at $9,000 was reported at a residence on Brighton Place, Powell.

A domestic dispute was reported at a residence on state Route 605 South, Sunbury.

A convenience store on U.S. Route 23, Lewis Center, reported the theft of gasoline. Loss was set at $22.

In an outdoor area on South Old State Road, Lewis Center, a Milford Center woman, 28, was charged with disorderly conduct and intoxication.
