Dublin Presbyterian Church will host a special worship service to honor veterans and pray for those currently serving in the military at 7 p.m. Sunday, May 30.

The service will be led by the Presbytery's Veterans Support Task Force and will feature special music by Sgt. 1st Class Sean Clifton, an Ohio National Guard Special Forces soldier who is currently recovering from wounds he sustained in combat in Afghanistan on Memorial Day last year.

An offering will be collected for the Wounded Warrior Project.

During the service, all veterans will be recognized and thanked, and prayers will be offered for deployed military and their families.

The service is open to the public; military veterans, personnel and families are encouraged to attend.
