The victim was approached and assaulted by an unidentified suspect who took his wallet, reports said.

Two car thefts were reported on Casselbury Mills Court in Lewis Center during the early morning of Oct. 19, according to reports.

A tablet computer worth $600 was stolen between 10 p.m. Oct. 18 and 8:38 a.m. Oct. 19 from a car parked near the 6800 block of Casselbury Mills Court, reports said.

An unknown suspect smashed the front passenger-side window to gain entry and took the computer, with damage to the car estimated at $300, according to reports.

A second theft was reported when property was stolen between midnight and 8:14 a.m. Oct. 19 from a car parked near the 6700 block of Casselbury Mills Court.

The thief broke out a window, with damages estimated at $800, and stole multiple items from the vehicle, reports said.

Golf clubs and equipment worth $4,227 were stolen between 8 p.m. Oct. 15 and 11:30 a.m. Oct. 16 from a vehicle parked outside a residence in the 4400 block of North Hampton Drive in Powell, the sheriff's office said.

Property worth $771 was stolen between 11:45 p.m. Oct. 18 and 8:26 a.m. Oct. 19 from a car parked in the 3300 block of Westbrook Place in Lewis Center, reports said.

An unknown thief smashed out the rear driver's-side window of the vehicle and stole a suit, a checkbook and $70 in cash, according to reports.

A total of $206 in cash was stolen between 10 p.m. Oct. 18 and 7:16 a.m. Oct. 19 from a car parked in the 2700 block of Abbey Knoll Drive in Lewis Center, reports said.

The victim said someone broke out a driver's-side window and stole the money, with damages estimated at $550.

Property worth $1,200 was stolen between 5:45 and 7:20 p.m. Oct. 17 from a vehicle parked near the 10000 block of Sawmill Parkway in Powell, the sheriff's office said.

Someone forced entry and stole a tablet computer, a makeup bag, a purse and a Halloween costume, reports said.

A compact-disc player and GPS unit, together worth $225, were stolen between 8 p.m. Oct. 13 and 9 p.m. Oct. 14 from a residence in the 4300 block of Marilyn Drive in Lewis Center, according to reports.

Powell

A video-game console worth $300 was stolen between 3 p.m. Oct. 23 and 8:14 p.m. Oct. 25 from a residence in the 200 block of Elmendorf Place, Powell police said.
