Guns, jewelry among local thieves' recent targets

Three guns, together worth $1,250, were stolen between 8:30 and 9:30 p.m. Jan. 16 from a vehicle parked in the 6400 block of Pullman Drive in Lewis Center, according to Delaware County Sheriff's reports.
The thief smashed out the rear passenger-side window to gain access, with damages estimated at $450, and stole two revolvers and a pistol, reports said.
Jewelry worth $9,275 was stolen between 2 and 8 p.m. Jan. 15 from a residence in the 1100 block of Bayridge Drive in Lewis Center, reports said.
The victim reported someone broke into her home and stole two diamond pendants and a ring.
Electronics worth $2,200 were stolen between 5:30 and 9 p.m. Jan. 17 from a residence in the 6400 block of Pullman Drive in Lewis Center, according to reports.
The victim reported a thief entered his residence and stole a laptop computer and two tablet computers.
A tablet computer worth $500 was stolen between 4:30 and 5:15 p.m. Jan. 13 from a residence in the 1500 block of Plumway Lane in Lewis Center, the sheriff's office said.
A digital camera worth $400 was stolen between 3:51 and 4:44 a.m. Jan. 11 from a business in the 8800 block of Columbus Pike in Lewis Center, reports said.
Various pieces of property worth $370 was reported stolen between 4 and 4:35 p.m. Jan. 20 from a residence in the same block.
A thief entered the residence and stole a sports bag, a pair of headphones and a video-game controller, according to reports.
Clothing worth $159 was stolen between 5 and 5:30 p.m. Jan. 16 from a business in the 100 block of Meadow Park Avenue in Lewis Center, the sheriff's office said.

A man residing in the 4400 block of Village Club Drive told Powell police someone used his personal information Jan. 19 to make fraudulent purchases totaling $4,165.
