A Delaware County grand jury indicted an Orange Township firefighter on a charge of aggravated burglary Friday morning, Dec. 13.
According to Delaware police reports, Donald Tuller Jr., 43, of Berlin Station Road in Delaware, entered a man's home uninvited Nov. 22 and shoved him into a window, causing it to break.
Police spokesman Capt. Adam Moore said officers did not see any injuries on the victim after the incident.
Moore said a woman, whom the victim told police was Tuller's ex-girlfriend, also was present at the scene.
Orange Township Fire Chief Tom Stewart said Tuller remained an active-duty employee of the department as of Friday afternoon.
