Olentangy High School seniors Adaora Anunike, Alec Bechtol and Bryce Cheek will sign letters of intent during a ceremony Wednesday, Feb. 2.

Anunike will compete in track and field for Miami Univeristy. Anunike is a two-time state qualifier in the shot put. At the state meet, Anunike finished 15th as both a sophomore (36 feet, 9.75 inches) and as a junior (34-11.25).

Bechtol will play soccer at Bowling Green. He helped guide the Braves to their first OCC title and second league championship in school history, was first-team all-league and all-district. The Braves, who won the OCC-Cardinal Division with a 5-1-1 record, finished 12-4-3 overall after losing to DeSales 2-1 in a Division II district final.

Cheek, a defensive back and wide receiver, will play football at Akron. He verbally committed in the fall.
