Yanga will compete with four other athletes in a round-robin format. The competitor with the best record will earn a spot on the AAU national team for 2009.

The 10th LynnFund Golf Classic will be Sept. 17 at Foxfire. The event will be a shotgun start with men's, women's and mixed scramble teams. There will be a silent auction.
