Knights of Columbus Women's Club, Reynoldsburg, annual Card Party fundraiser, 7 to 10 p.m. April 2 in the gym at St. Pius X School, 1061 Waggoner Road. Activities will include a silent auction, a raffle, two chances at a 50/50 raffle and a vintage jewelry resale. Live entertainment includes guitarist Lee Gilkerson. Participants are asked to bring their own cards and games. Tickets are $10 and include a chance at a door prize, dessert buffet, appetizers, coffee, tea and punch. Tickets may be purchased at the door or in advance by calling Tina Banaski at 614-861-2601. Proceeds benefit local charities.
Violet Township Women's League Annual Style Show and Luncheon, 11 a.m. April 27 at Berwick Manor Party House, 3250 Refugee Road. Candice Lee will be the guest speaker and will describe the clothing styles provided by JCPenney and worn by VTWL members or friends. Tickets are $25 and must be purchased from VTWL members prior to the show. Raffle tickets for gift baskets/donations can be purchased prior to the show or can be purchased at the door.This annual event raises money to present a $2,000 scholarship to three local seniors planning to attend college in the fall.
