Pickerington Community Chorus, performance at 7 p.m. May 4 at Epiphany Lutheran Church, 268 Hill Road N. The Spring Creek concert will be "Best of Broadway." Cost is $5 at the door. The group also will host a fundraiser from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. May 4-6 at Uno's on Hill Road. Those with vouchers can have 20 percent of their food purchases for eating in or carryout donated to the group. Vouchers are available at Kroger on Refugee Road and Hill Road and Giant Eagle on Refugee Road.
Zeta Phi Beta Sorority Inc. and the Gamma Zeta Zeta Education Foundation, annual From Girls to Pearls Ball, 4 p.m. May 5 at the Makoy Center, 5462 Center St. in Hilliard. A reception begins at 3 p.m. Gene Harris, superintendent of Columbus City Schools, will be mistress of ceremonies. The 2013 class 20 teens from Columbus City Schools and one each from Groveport Madison Local Schools, Pickerington Local Schools, Reynoldsburg City Schools and Westerville City Schools.

Lancaster Chorale, concert with the theme "Live, Laugh & Love," 3 p.m. May 5 at Faith Memorial Church, 2610 W. Fair Ave., Lancaster. The Lancaster-Fairfield Youth Choir, directed by Andrew Brown, and the Lancaster Community Band, directed by Judy Rehrer, will join the group. Lancaster Men's Chorus, "Ham and Eggs" program to celebrate the show's 42nd anniversary, 8 p.m. May 8-11 in the Jeffrey Wagner Theatre at Ohio University-Lancaster. The first half of the show will be based on an original script written by chorus members and directed by Mark Loy. Chorus members are featured in concert during the second half of the show. Gender Road Christian Church, annual indoor yard sale, from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. May 11 and 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. May 12 at the church, 5336 Gender Road, Canal Winchester. Fairfield County District Library Garret Players, performances Nelson Bond's adaptation of George Orwell's Animal Farm, being produced by special arrangement with Samuel French Inc., 7 p.m. May 17 and 18, 2 p.m. May 19 on the third-floor library, 219 N. Broad St. The library will not be open for business during the performance on Friday and Saturday. Performances are free with no tickets required, but first-come-first-served seating will be limited to 100 for each performance. The play is recommended for teens and adults. Historical Aircraft Squadron, annual open house, May 18 (rain date is May 19) at the Fairfield County Airport, 3266 Old Columbus Road, Carroll. Admission and parking are free.
