Olde Pickerington Village Petfest, 6 to 8 p.m. June 7, along West Columbus Street in downtown Pickerington. Pet rescue and adoption groups will participate, along with vendors of treats, clothes, grooming, training and daycare. This year's event will include Dine with Your Dog, hosted by the Pickerington-Violet Township Historical Society. Bring a pet and participate in the Pet Parade at 7:30 p.m., which will start at 80 W. Life Line Screenings, June 6, at Pickerington Senior Center, 150 Hereford Drive. Screenings identify potential cardiovascular conditions such as blocked arteries and irregular heart rhythm, abdominal aortic aneurysms and hardening of the arteries in the legs. A bone density screening to assess osteoporosis risk is also offered and is appropriate for both men and women. Packages start at $159. Registration is required. Medical Clinic, held by Vineyard Community Church, 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. the first Wednesday of the month at the church, 15187 Palmer Road in Reynoldsburg.
