Join us at the Pickerington Community Pool for our first ever Dog Splash.

Bring your dog to swim at the pool from noon to 5 p.m. Monday, Sept. 2.

There is a $5 per dog charge, but humans will be admitted free.

You must provide proof of rabies and all current vaccinations. No dogs in heat will be permitted to attend.

Fall programs

Looking for fun classes, programs and events this Fall? You're in luck.

The 2013 Fall Program Guide is available and posted online.

We have some of the ongoing classes, as well as a number of new classes.

Some of the new classes include: Baby and Me Yoga, Spanish For Ninos, Gears and Gadgets 1, FUN-gineering, Buckeye Bonanza, Haunted Halloween Treats, Christmas Gift Bucket, Rhythms of the world, and Interval Express.

Registration for fall classes opened Monday, Aug. 19.

Registration is available online, in person, by mail, drop box at City Hall or by fax.

The Parks and Recreation Department accepts cash, checks made payable to the City of Pickerington, Visa and MasterCard.

Facility rentals

The shelters in Sycamore Park and Victory Park are available to be rented for parties, picnics and any other event you might host this summer.

Rental forms are available online, and at the Parks and Recreation Department, 100 Lockville Road.

Reservations are completed by submitting a facility rental form with full payment.
