Post-Secondary Enrollment Options Program meeting Feb. 20

Pickerington Local School District parents and students interested in the Post-Secondary Enrollment Options Program are invited to a meeting at 7 p.m. Feb. 20 in the cafeteria of Pickerington High School Central, 300 Opportunity Way.

The program is open to students from both Pickerington high schools and their parents.

The Post-Secondary Enrollment Options Program is designed to provide an opportunity for qualified high school students in grades 9-12 who are Ohio residents to experience more advanced academic work through regular college courses.

Students taking the classes at the college level will receive both high school and college credit.

To participate and receive more information about the program, students and a parent/guardian must attend a state-mandated meeting provided by the Pickerington Local School District.

The Feb. 20 meeting is open to students from Pickerington High School North and PHS Central.

Additional information can be obtained from school guidance counselors.
