Daily Admission is available at the community pool. Swimmers don't need a Season Pass, or need to be accompanied by a season pass holder. Anyone can visit the pool for only $8 a day.
It's not too late, however, to get a season Pass for the Pickerington Community Pool.
The Pool is open daily from noon to 8 p.m. Passes can be purchased at the pool, or in the Parks and Recreation Department offices.
Family Luau Night
You're invited to a luau at the community pool from 6 to 9 p.m. Friday, July 18.
Bring a dish to share, and your appetite for the potluck dinner.
Bring out the whole family. Even if you don't have a Season Pass, you can still join the fun for only $8 per person.
Sign-up now for the first annual TRY-athlon, scheduled for Aug. 9, at the Pickerington Community Pool.
Kids can participate in a fun triathlon, where everyone is a winner as long as they try. The event is $5 per child, and pre-registration is required.
Register by Aug. 6, at the Parks and Recreation Department, the Pickerington Community Pool, or online.
Have you signed up for the 2014 Youth Fishing Derby?
Kids 14 years old and younger can participate for free.
Registration is required, and can be performed online at www.pickerington.net, or in City Hall, 100 Lockville Road.
Age group awards will be given for most fish, and biggest fish caught.
Bring your own fishing pole and bait to reel in as many fish as you can.
Friday Night Flicks
Friday night means movie night in Pickerington.
Come out to Sycamore Park on Friday, July 18, for a night that will be fun for the whole family.
The Pickerington Parks and Recreation Department be showing Despicable Me 2, presented by Fairfield Federal.
Enjoy some food courtesy of Violet Baptist Church and Primrose of Pickerington.
Bring a lawn chair or a blanket as we project a movie on the barn near the Amphitheater, starting at dusk.
Come enjoy an evening of music in the park.
This week we are happy to bring back Chris Logsdon to the Summer Concert Series again this year.
Join us at the Sycamore Park Amphitheater at 7 p.m. Sunday, July 20, with a lawn chair or a blanket, and enjoy the show.
Be sure to enjoy a snow cone while enjoying some great tunes.
