Reynoldsburg residents completing degree requirements were Jessica Brookins, Brandon Campbell, Yelena Feldman, David Galusha, Kyleigh Garberson, Jonathan Mandabach (cum laude), Ameena Mu'Min, Sara Norris, M. Spalding, Cathy Udeani, Michelle Wallen and Rachel Whetstone (cum laude)

Several residents were among spring 2010 graduates at the University of Cincinnati.

They are Courtney Beale, Jennifer Beil, Jessica Bradford, Gene Edwards, Joshua Goins, Amer Jameel and Henaku Yirenkyi.

Kristopher D. Barbee, a graduate of Reynoldsburg High School, recently graduated from the University of California San Diego.

He earned a doctorate in bioengineering. For his doctoral research, Barbee developed new methods and technologies for high-throughput genomics and protemics.

Barbee is employed in the department of nanoscience at Life Technologies.

The Bowling Green College of Arts and Sciences awarded scholarships to more than 200 BGSU students for the 2010-2011 academic year.

Caitlin Giriscom, a 2007 graduate of Reynoldsburg High School, received the Frank Baldanza Scholarship in English Studies, which carries a $472 award. She also received a Professor's Scholarship.

She is the daughter of Dan and Sandra Giriscom and Joan and Bill Fraser. She is a junior majoring in English.
