Reynoldsburg Mayor Brad McCloud and schools Superintendent Steve Dackin will detail the "State of the City and Schools" during a monthly investors luncheon sponsored by the Reynoldsburg Area Chamber of Commerce on Thursday, Feb. 3.

The luncheon will begin at 11 a.m. at the Wesley Ridge Retirement Community, 2225 Taylor Park Drive, on the west side of Route 256 across the street from the Taylor Square Shopping Center.

Chamber president Jan Hills said opening the doors at 11 a.m. gives people time to arrive and mingle before lunch is served at 11:30 a.m.

The chamber holds luncheons at Wesley Ridge on the first Thursday of every month for its members and anyone who wants to attend.

She said for at least the past 20 years, the chamber has been inviting the mayor and superintendent to the February luncheon to talk about the state of the city and schools.

"It's our best-attended luncheon so obviously, people are interested in what's going on in the community, which is nice," Hills said.

The cost is $15 per person. Hills said while seating is limited, those interested should contact her via email at jan@reynoldsburgchamber.com o RSVP, or call her at (614) 866-4753.
