We would like to thank the following individuals and businesses for their invaluable assistance in making the 2010 Reynoldsburg Toys for Kids program a wonderful success.

Without their help we could not have served more than 500 children and their families and helped them have a Merry Christmas.

Thanks to Chief Jerry Foltz and medics-firefighters and staff of Truro Township Fire Department; Truro Township trustees, Pam and Marty Boratyn; Nadine and Roger Morse, Diana and Jim Hartings, Mary Beth Rodoski; Tamzen and Howard Wilson; Jed and Leslie Hood, Matthew Roth, ; Lois (Dunfee) O'Reilly (In Loving Memory of Duane Penrod), Georgia Fuhrman; Pat Massey, John and Patty Hinterschied, Janelle Morrison; Independent Medical Evaluations Inc.; CT Consultants, Bob Darragh, Wes Hall; Susan and Chip Martin and the Staff at Slate Ridge Elementary; Norman and Joan Tallan, Mary K. Davis, E.G. Schick; American Legion Post 798; Slate Ridge Association, David Varego; St. Pius Children's World, St. Pius kindergartners; Angie Rider and the Rainbow Station Day Care staff and students; E.G. and Shirley S. Schick; Jim Kiraly; and the many, many anonymous donors that made this wonderful event possible.

Additionally, on Dec. 4 we had our annual Shop-with-a-Cop at the Meijer Store, 8000 E. Broad St. Meijer Inc. provided a $100 gift card to 10 lucky kids from Reynoldsburg Schools in kindergarten through fourth grades, and an additional $100 gift card to each child's family.

Each child enjoyed breakfast and a wonderful morning of shopping and individual "special attention" from their very own police officer. I would like to thank the following officers from Reynoldsburg Division of Police for donating their time and talents to this worthy cause. The kids (and I) had a great time and enjoyed all the special attention. Heartfelt thanks to officers Scott Manny, John Bock, Nicole Reynolds, Tony Hines, Michele Fulton, Nick Keisel, Mike Binder and Mike Kopacko, and reserve officer Robert Campbell. And special thanks to Chief Dave Suciu, Reynoldsburg Division of Police, for allowing these officers to take time off to participate in this special event.

And a very special thanks again to officer Scott Manny for making this great event possible.
